Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns received within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus our original shipping/handling cost. Orders returned outside of the 14 day window are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus our original shipping/handling cost. Returned items must be in new condition, in original packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. All sales are final after 30 days.

If you’d like to exchange your purchase, send your exchange requests to info@regulatorsupply.com. Then simply return the new, unused item in its original packaging. 

We ask that you include your contact information, a copy of the original packing slip, and the item(s) you’d like in exchange. When we receive your request and process your exchange request, we’ll send you an invoice to cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. Once we receive payment, we’ll ship out the new item and email you a tracking number. It’s that easy.
